Throughout my professional journey, I've expanded my expertise into massage, yoga, and fitness, contributing to a diverse career that includes running a specialized clinic for women's hormonal health, serving as the resident naturopath at a holistic drug and alcohol rehabilitation center, and fulfilling roles as assistant manager, head nutritionist, and fitness coach at a boutique health and fitness center.
